Insured patients

  • We perform benefit investigations, pre-authorizations, or pre-determinations to find out if Allos products will be covered by the payor 
  • We stay up-to-date on Local and National Coverage Decisions and individual carrier decisions related to the use of Allos products
  • We assist the clinic in preparing appeals for denied drug claims
  • We will replace product that has been denied through all levels of appeal with the patient’s insurance company, if the patient meets all eligibility guidelines for the program
